Engraving machine spindle bearing pairing method and pairing steps
The bearing pairing methods of the engraving machine spindle shaft are divided into back-to-back (DB) pairing, face-to-face (DF) pairing, and tandem (DT) pairing; the pairing combinations are divided into cylindrical roller bearings and cylindrical roller bearings, angular contact ball bearings and angular contact ball bearings, tapered roller bearings and tapered roller bearings, and deep groove ball bearings and thrust bearings; the pairing steps are to first clean the bearings and other related parts, install the bearings on the engraving machine spindle according to the selected pairing combination, tighten the front and rear nuts, install the front and rear end covers, check whether the spindle is installed in place, and perform debugging.
