Installation Guide for Angular Contact Ball Bearings for Reducers
There are three ways to install the angular contact ball bearings of the reducer: back-to-back installation, face-to-face installation, and series installation; the installation steps are divided into five steps: 1. Install the bearing seat, 2. Apply pressure evenly on the circumference of the end face of the ring, 3. Adjust the horizontal clearance, 4. Use appropriate fasteners to fix the bearing to the seat hole, 5. After installation, debug the bearing and detect the noise and temperature.
